Iiyama AS4611UT 18" LCD monitor review
Even though the Iiyama AS4611UT is Iiyama's cheapest 18" LCD monitor it isn't even close to being the cheapest on the market. Relatively high price and relatively low performance makes the Iiyama AS4611UT a pretty poor choice.

It seems Iiyama is expecting you to pay for their name if you choose this monitor. Without some serious price reductions I cannot recommend paying a premium over other 18" models made by other brands.
With no DVI digital connector and a VGA cable that is permanently attached you don't get much flexibility. The menu system is also clumsy to use and so there is little to recommend this LCD monitor. Color performance is actually not too bad but with a slow responce rate and poor contrast this monitor can't lift itself above the cheaper competition.

- 25ms response time
- Normal VGA (D-sub) only
- Contrast ratio 300:1
- Brightness of 250cd/mē
- 18" 1280 by 1024 native resolution
The contrast specifications are low and you can definitely tell when your viewing this LCD computer monitor that it has poor contrast. Brightness performance was alright but nothing special.
Overall I would rate this monitor's display performance as below average.
