You get what you pay for and you won't regret paying the small premium this LCD has over it's competitors. Image quality was very good with great contrast and strong color performance. 19" LCDs found online for bargain prices often use older generation flat panel technology.
It's pleasing to see the evolution of LCD technology and the NEC MultiSync LCD1960NX is definitely one of the newer breeds of flat panel monitor.

People looking for an LCD to edit graphics on will be pleased by the display's choice of six color temperature presets including sRGB. This monitor would definitely be suited to internet content creation work. This role is further reinforced by the handily adjustable base that will allow you to raise or lower the display so you can have it at eye level.
My conclusion on the NEC MultiSync LCD1960NX 19" LCD monitor
This monitor doesn't have the fast response rate of a gamers LCD but it does offer better contrast and color display than your average 19" LCD display. I would whole heartedly recommend this monitor to anyone who needs better than average performance or a replacement for a CRT.
