The Samsung 192B 19" LCD monitor is one of Samsung's best designs. It sports a high quality LCD panel on a clever height adjustable base. This LCD is priced very competitively and would make a good buy.

The Samsung 192B LCD monitor offer great color quality and a wide viewing angle. In terms of display quality this 19" LCD is one of the best. Coupled with it's reasonable price this model makes a lot of sense.
Some LCD monitor buyers will be turned off at the lack of DVI port for digital connectivity and rightly so. Most graphics cards these days supprt a DVI out and seems like a glaring omission by Samsung. However the differences between digital and analog are much less apparent at the native resolution of this monitor and I you won't notice the difference with anything less than a side by side comparison.

I personally like the look of this monitor with it's silver ad charcoal color scheme. The height adjustable base is well designed and stable. The base can also fold up for wall mounting.
The Samsung 192B looks great in action. Contrast is great and the 500:1 contrast ratio is easily believable.

What you get with the Samsung 192B LCD monitor is good performance for a low price. This monitor is a no frills design but if all you need is a daily workhorse then this LCD monitor must be one of your first choices.
Again the slower response time doesn't make this monitor the right choice for action gamers. If you need to play fast paced games then your better off looking for a fast responce 17".
